Heather Moleski is a lifelong resident of Mount Carmel Borough who is deeply committed to serving and strengthening her community. Professionally, she works as a Senior Pricing Analyst for Geisinger Health Plan, where she brings strong analytical and leadership skills to her role.
Heather proudly serves as a Councilwoman for Mount Carmel Borough and is the President of Mount Carmel Revive & Thrive, an organization dedicated to revitalization, community engagement, and local pride. She also serves as Vice President of the Northumberland County Redevelopment Authority Blight Task Force, working to address blight and promote redevelopment throughout the county.
Passionate about animal welfare, Heather runs the Mount Carmel No Nonsense Neutering (TNR) Voucher Program and the Mount Carmel Mobile Cat Transport, helping to reduce stray populations and support responsible pet ownership in the area.
Above all, Heather is a proud wife to Shawn, a devoted mother, a loving grandmother to two granddaughters, and a dedicated dog mom to four beloved dogs. Her life’s work—both professionally and personally—reflects her deep love for her family, her town, and the people and animals who call it home.

In his personal life Dan and his partner Kyle of 15 years bought and renovated a historic home in Mt Carmel. In his free time Dan loves home renovation, art, skiing, camping in the RV, traveling and has become quite good at wine making.

John currently serves as a Mt Carmel Borough Councilman after a successful 2023 write-in campaign. He also serves on the Mt Carmel Borough planning commission, code committee, personnel committee, and is the Chairman of the Borough's building and infrastructure committee. He also serves as the Chairman of the Northumberland County Redevelopment Authority for blighted properties.
John is a 1989 graduate of Mt. Carmel Area High School and a 1994 Graduate of College Misericordia. John has nearly 30 years of experience in code enforcement and is a Pennsylvania state certified Building Code Official and Residential and Commercial Building Inspector. He currently serves as a Building and Codes Department Manager and inspector outside of Harrisburg, PA.
John enjoys traveling and exploring new places and restaurants with his wife, Barb, and especially enjoys camping, casinos, and sports. He is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoys participating as a News-Item “Fearless Forecaster,” predicting weekly football game outcomes during the season.

Previously Edward was Vice President and Treasurer of Mount Carmel Downtown, Inc. from 2015 to 2024. Edward was selected to the Board of Directors of Mount Carmel Revive and Thrive in January 2025. Edward resides in Mount Carmel.
